MAISIE Smith baffled fans as she revealed a creepy “baby face” hidden on her knee – but some were distracted by her “nipple piercing”.

The 19-year-old star took to her Instagram page today to share some new outdoorsy snaps.

The actress wrapped up warm in a large fluffy coat over a palm tree patterned shirt.

However, she braved the cold with bare legs as she showed off her enviable figure in a ribbed white mini-skirt and matching top.

Maisie is beaming joyously in the photos, with her flame hair loose and wild around her shoulders.

But the teen was surprised by odd markings that are visible on her left knee in the second snap, which appears to show a face.

Fans agreed the markings were ‘freaky’

Maisie captioned the post: “Swipe left to see the baby on my knee”.

Her followers couldn’t believe their eyes after spotting the face, with one commenting: “Woah that’s freaky! Looking lush though!”

But others noticed what appeared to be a bar piercing visible on her chest through her outfit’s fabric, and asked Maisie whether she had her nipple pierced.
