PETER Andre has told of his sadness after being forced to miss his sister Debbie’s wedding in Australia at the weekend.
However, he and his brother Chris were able to perform virtually while she walked down the aisle on her big day.

The 47-year-old star was supposed to jet Down Under to watch Debbie and her fiancé Joe tie the knot, but ongoing lockdown restrictions meant that none of her family outside of Oz were able to attend.
However, Debbie was desperate for her brothers to still be involved in her big day – so asked them to record a cover of Lionel Richie and Diana Ross’ Endless Love for her to walk down the aisle to.
Speaking to The Sun, Peter admitted that he was devastated that he couldn’t be with the newlyweds in person as he opened up about the moving performance.
He told us: “Through lockdown I’ve realised there’s millions of people in a similar situation and we are just one of them.
“It was obviously really sad that we couldn’t be there for our sister’s wedding, none of the brothers, none of the family in the UK could.
“But we were so happy to see my mum and dad see their daughter walk down the aisle.
“It’s a difficult time for everybody, however, my sister had a request for me and my brother to sing her down the aisle.”
Peter also enlisted his good friend Wendi, who regularly joins him on tour, to take on the female vocals in the track.
Opening up some more in his new YouTube video, Peter said: “It’s a very special week this week because my sister Debbie and her fiancé Joe are getting married in Australia, and I am so sad we couldn’t be there as obviously her wedding is such a special day for them and Debbie wanted all the family to be together.
“We’ve done this video for my sister’s wedding, and by the time you see this she will probably have just got married!”
Peter hasn’t seen his parents or sister in a year due to lockdown restrictions, with the star luckily jetting to Australia with his two oldest children – 15-year-old Junior and 13-year-old Princess – in February last year; just before the coronavirus pandemic.
Last month, the Mysterious Girl hitmaker said his “number one priority” for 2021 is finding a way to visit his father Savvas, 87, and mother Thea, 85.
